To make the shopping experience as fun and convenient for you as possible, Moods of Norway offers free returns for its customers.

Order Processing

Product(s) ordered through the Webstore will be shipped directly to you by Moods of Norway. You will receive a confirmation email when your products have been shipped, including a tracking number. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as a charge from Moods of Norway - MWRC. Your credit card will be charged when the ordered merchandise has shipped.

It may take approximately 1-3 business days to process an order before the merchandise is shipped using the shipping method you have chosen.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders $200 and over. For orders under $200 we offer ground shipping for $9.95. For other shipping options please contact our customer service at cs_usa@moodsofnorway.com.

Item Availability

In the rare event that an item is out of stock and no longer available, Moods of Norway may have to cancel all, or part of your order. If that situation occurs, you will receive an email advising you of the cancellation. In the event that part of your order is out of stock, Moods of Norway will delete the out of stock items from your order, and ship the remaining items on your order. You will not be charged for the removed items.

Tax

We collect sales tax for all sales shipped within the state of California.

Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Moods of Norway. We provide returns on all Full-Price items to our customers so you can focus on your super duper Norwegian fashion shopping and we’ll take care of the rest!

In the rare event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you purchased online through our Webstore, you may return full price item(s) directly to the Moods of Norway Webstore within 14 days of receipt, free of charge, provided the returned merchandise is unused, unwashed, tagged, and in original condition. Promotional and Discounted items purchased online are not eligible for returns but you’re welcome to exchange them for equal or higher value items within 10 days of purchase.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% off or higher are Final Sale and will not be eligible for returns of exchanges.

If you want to return an item of merchandise for exchange or refund, send an email to cs_usa@moodsofnorway.com. We will email you a shipping note, you can print this from your computer and put on the package in which you are sending the returned merchandise. Drop the package off at your closest FedEx location, and the shipping will already be paid for.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned merchandise is packaged for shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. A copy of your original e-mail invoice for the returned merchandise must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice whether you would like refund or an exchange for a different item. Moods of Norway is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.

Within 2-3 business days of Moods of Norway’s receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund by means of a credit to the credit card or method of payment used for the purchase or we will ship the item(s) you wished to exchange.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange consistent with our 14 day return policy on full priced goods.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased through this Webstore or a Moods of Norway Company owned store.
